Submission Guidelines
To keep our content helpful, high-quality, and trustworthy, please follow these guidelines:
- Original Content Only – Articles must be 100% original and not published elsewhere (including your own blog)
- Word Count – Minimum 800 words; well-researched, in-depth articles are preferred
- Tone – Friendly, warm, and conversational — write as if you’re talking to a fellow mom
- Formatting – Use short paragraphs, subheadings, and bullet points where helpful for easy reading
- Sources – Back up any claims (especially health-related ones) with credible sources or links
- Images – Feel free to include original images; ensure you have the rights to use any images submitted
- No Excessive Self-Promotion – A brief author bio and one relevant link is welcome, but content should not read like an advertisement

- Include a short author bio (2–3 sentences) and a headshot or profile picture (optional)
- Let us know if you have any relevant credentials, experience, or social media links
- Our team will review your submission and get back to you within 5–7 business days

- We reserve the right to edit submissions for clarity, grammar, and style
- Not all submissions will be accepted; we aim to publish content that aligns with our community’s values and needs
- We do not offer monetary compensation for guest posts at this time, but we’re happy to promote your work through our channels
